2. How We Use Information

Information collected through the App is used to:

     • Provide and operate Quick Pest Control services.

     • Schedule, assign and record pest control work.
     • Create and maintain service reports and business records.
     • Allow authorised clients to access relevant service information.
     • Review completed work and maintain compliance and historical records.
     • Provide customer and technical support.
     • Maintain the security and reliability of the App.

3. Access to Information

Access to information within the App is restricted according to the user’s account role, organisation and authorised access.

Administrators, workers and clients may have different levels of access. Users should only be able to access information necessary for their authorised use of the service.

4. Uploaded Files and Reports

Photos, scans, reports, notes and other documents uploaded through the App may be retained as part of Quick Pest Control’s service, compliance and historical business records.

Users should only upload information that is relevant and appropriate for providing or documenting pest control services.

5. Storage and Service Providers

We use third-party technology providers to operate the App and securely store and process information. This includes Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services used for functions such as authentication, database storage, file storage and application infrastructure.

These service providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with their applicable security and privacy practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be accessible to authorised Quick Pest Control personnel, authorised clients where relevant to their services, and service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the App.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, users or services.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information stored through the App and its connected services.

Access to App data is restricted using account authentication and role-based permissions. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and should not share their passwords with unauthorised persons.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain service and compliance records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and maintain legitimate business records.

Certain pest control reports, contracts, service records, photographs, scans and related information may therefore be retained as historical business records even after an individual account is no longer active.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Quick Pest Control.

Where a deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymise personal information where appropriate, subject to information that we are required or reasonably permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, compliance, contractual or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

10. Data Updates

Information may be corrected, updated, reviewed or removed where appropriate by authorised administrators or as part of normal business record management.

Users may contact Quick Pest Control if they believe personal information held about them needs to be corrected.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use in connection with Quick Pest Control’s business services and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly provide App accounts to children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, legal requirements or our data practices.

The latest version will be made available on this website. Continued access to the App may also require users to accept an updated version where appropriate.
