These Terms of Use apply to the Quick Pest Control mobile application (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for authorised users of Quick Pest Control only. You must use the App responsibly and only for legitimate business or client purposes connected to your account.

Access to the App does not give you permission to access information, organisations, shops, reports or other records outside the access provided to your account.

2. Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account with anyone else or knowingly allow unauthorised access to your account.

If you believe your account or login details have been compromised, you should contact Quick Pest Control.

3. Accuracy of Information

Any information entered into the App, including reports, notes, uploads and other records, must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Users are responsible for taking reasonable care when submitting information through the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

     • Misuse the App or use it for unlawful or improper purposes.
     • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.
     • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information.
     • Access or attempt to access information that you are not authorised to view.
     • Use another person’s account without authorisation.

5. Uploaded Content

Files, photographs, scans, notes, reports and other information uploaded through the App may be stored as part of company or client records and used for operational, compliance and record-keeping purposes Users should only upload content that is relevant and appropriate for its intended business purpose.

6. Access Changes

Your access to the App may be limited, suspended or removed if your account becomes inactive, your role or relationship with Quick Pest Control changes, or misuse or unauthorised activity is detected.

Access may also be changed where reasonably necessary for the security, maintenance or operation of the App.

7. Availability and Changes to the App

Features of the App may be added, changed, temporarily unavailable or removed as the service develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App may require acceptance of updated terms. The latest version of these terms will be made available on this website.
